I will be there representing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190224030045\/http:\/\/www.theyogalightstudio.ca\/\">The\u00a0Yoga Light Studio<\/a>, where I teach regularly every Monday and Friday. If you haven\u2019t already visited this studio, you must get out there soon ;). The space is absolutely beautiful\u00a0and they have amazingly qualified teachers on staff. I am honoured to be a part of this tea, and to have been given this wonderful opportunity.\n\nGrab your mat and come join me this Sunday October 23rd at 9:30 am in the lululemon store in Vaughan Mills Mall.
