Included in this bundle are 5 separate videos, each ranging in length from 15-20 minutes. There are two upper body workouts, two lower body workouts and a core workout. Depending on how much time you have or what areas you feel like targeting, you can combine an upper and lower body workout together or maybe just do a core workout another day or maybe you put all 5 videos together to make a complete body workout.
There is also a 1-hour Total Body Transformation complete workout that covers it all!
Barre Blast Series
I have created this series of barre videos for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Each of these dynamic and functional workouts can be done with little to no equipment. Included in this series are 3 separate videos, approximately 20 minutes each in length.
Freedom 5 Series
This 5 video bundle was developed to help you begin a home yoga practice from wherever you are in the world. These videos were designed to help you connect with your mat when connecting with others in a yoga studio just wasn’t an option. It is a great way to develop or deepen your home practice and a great introductory offer to give you an idea of what the online yoga classes are all about.
Stretch & Balance Series
These videos were created to help you feel better in your day, both physically and emotionally. The balance videos specifically target poses that increase balance in your body which also help create focus in your mind. The stretch videos help you cool down your muscles after a workout or any form of physical activity, and the evening wind-down routine will help you settle the mind and body after a long day which will help you get a better night’s sleep.
Yoga Strength Trilogy
This trilogy includes 3 separate 75-minute workshops that each focus on strengthening different parts of the body. Different exercises and techniques are explored to help you power up various muscle groups that will help you strengthen your yoga practice. Included in this package are: Upper Body Strength, Core Strength & Lower Body Strength.
Creating strength and mobility in the shoulders helps to alleviate stress and strain in other parts of the body. Think backbending – the more you are able to integrate the shoulders, the less intense backbending poses will feel in your back. In this 40-minute conditioning class, we use blocks and straps to help improve the range of motion in your shoulders as well as integrate strength-based exercises to build more stability in the shoulders and upper back. Required props: 2 blocks and a strap
