What is Barre?

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class. It combines movements from ballet dance to yoga and pilates as well as strength training. It is a full-body workout that focuses on small range movements with high reps. 

I have created this series of barre videos for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Each of these dynamic and functional workouts can be done with little to no equipment. Included in this series are 3 separate videos, approximately 20 minutes each in length. 

Required: mat/blanket

Optional: light free weights (2-5lbs), resistance band, sliders (or small towel/socks)

Upper Body

Lower Body

20 Minutes · All Levels

Grab a resistance band for this class.

Full Body Slide

20 Minutes · All Levels

Get equipped with sliders. If you don’t have any, you can use a small towel or socks.
