Women’s Wellness Weekend

Your two-night’s stay at Lisa’s Women’s Wellness Weekend will include your accomodations, one meal per day, daily meditation and yoga as well as optional barre class and/or group excursions and activities. The resort also offers many amenities, including a spa, which guests are welcome to use at an additional cost.
Hockley Valley, Canada
In October 2019, I was able to check an item off my bucket list. I hosted my first ever yoga retreat. There were just under 40 women who all travelled to Hockley Valley Resort in Mono, ON, which is about an hour north of Toronto. The retreat kicked off Friday evening with a welcome meeting followed by dinner. We ended the evening with a heart-opening Hatha practice followed by a guided meditation.
The weekend consisted of yoga, meditation, group discussions as well as some good food and great female bonding. There were guided hikes, spa treatments and just some good old down time to allow the participants to take time for themselves and allow life to slow down. This retreat was definitely the highlight of 2019. I look forward to creating more and expanding these retreats on an international level.
