This 5 video bundle was developed to help you begin a home yoga practice from wherever you are in the world. Created during an unprecedented time of self-isolation during the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, these videos were designed to help you connect with your mat when connecting with others in a yoga studio just wasn’t an option. It is a great way to develop or deepen your home practice and a great introductory offer to give you an idea of what the online yoga classes are all about. I look forward to guiding you through your practice.

Morning Warmup
10 Minutes · Hatha · All Levels
This quick 10-minute stretch session can be done as soon as you wake up in the morning to help kickstart your day and get your body moving or at any other time when you need a little pick me up but don’t have the time to commit to a full practice.
Learn to Let Go
20 Minutes · Hatha · Beginner
This 20-minute Hatha yoga class is gentle and was made to help you let go of whatever your body is hanging on to during stressful times. In this practice, poses are held a little longer than what is typically held in a vinyasa or flow class.
Hands-Free Flow
20 Minutes · Vinyasa · Intermediate/Advanced
This class focuses on the core and lower body with the intention of avoiding weight bearing on the hands. This is a great class for any time you are wanting to avoid upper body weight-bearing poses.
Conditioning – Yoga for Strength
30 Minutes · Vinyasa · Beginner/Intermediate
This 30-minute strength-based flow class was designed to help you build muscular strength in your yoga practice while flowing through poses to help keep your heart rate up.
Flow
40 Minutes · Vinyasa · Beginner
This 40-minute class will guide you through a steady flow of movement that will include both seated and standing postures with a warm-up and sufficient cool down that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to get you through the rest of your day.
