Optional Props: free weights & resistance band

This is a hybrid workout class which combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of yoga and strength training with a major focus on toning up your booty. These classes focus on high reps of small range movements. You will need a chair (assuming you don’t have a ballet barre installed in your home), a mat and some light weights (you can substitute cans or water bottles or opt out of using weights for the arms).
