Creating strength and mobility in the shoulders helps to alleviate stress and strain in other parts of the body. Think backbending - the more you are able to integrate the shoulders, the less intense backbending poses will feel in your back. In this 40 minute conditioning class we use blocks and straps to help improve the range of motion in your shoulders as well as integrate strength based exercises to build more stability in the shoulders and upper back. Required props: 2 blocks and a strap
