This program is designed to help you begin living your best life. Whether you want to eat healthier, sleep better, have more energy, move your body, lose weight, gain muscle, meditate, read more books, learn how to make healthy meals, or just be part of a community of like-minded women, this is the program for you. Through exercise, yoga, mindfulness and healthy eating, together, we will support each other in creating a healthier lifestyle and get one step closer to living your best life.
WHEN: October 11 – November 19, 2022
WHERE: The comfort of your own home. Communications will be through a Facebook Private Group, including weekly Facebook Live Events, What’s App group chats and optional weekly Zoom live classes.
